2. Orders & Quotations
All orders are subject to our written confirmation. Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. An order is binding once confirmed in writing and, where applicable, a deposit is received.
3. Artwork & Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own the rights to all artwork you submit, or have permission to use it. We are not responsible for designs that infringe third-party rights. We may refuse to print infringing or unlawful content.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in USD and may change based on material costs, quantity and specifications. Payment terms are set out in your quotation. Late payments may delay production.
5. Production, Delivery & Deadlines
Production times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as shipping carrier issues or material shortages. We will keep you informed of any changes.
6. Returns, Defects & Refunds
Custom products are made to your specifications. In the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will reprint or refund the affected items after review. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
